Almost there

It is rather good to realise that we are well on our way towards Christmas, with the promise of exciting visitors from SA and then in January the celebration of a Civil Union!!
It is rather funny to think that there are a number of things I'm not going to have to do again; blind dates are at the top of the list of things I won't miss! Next is most definately Friday nights alone at home. It's not that I might not have a quiet evening or two, its the fact that they won't see me sitting dejectedly watching TV.
Things I am really enjoying are having someone to cook for, and having a reason to watch what I spend and plan for an exciting future.

All up I think I'm a very lucky man!
