What a cool weekend. Relaxed, low/no stress, good friends and a bit of music.

The Emmaus Gathering was a blast, in a controlled Christian kind of way. The music hit the spot rather well and I think all the practise is starting to pay off too.

Friday night was all right too. Perhaps too much wine...perhaps too much again on Saturday but the the vocal chords needed lubrication during that rugby game.

I came over all patriotic when we won, there's nothing like winning to get one inspired..he.hee That and umpteen rugby players...

The wee beastie seems to have finally settled after the plug change. or perhaps I've finally settled, anyway spent quite a bit of yesterday sretching the throttle cable. It really does go like greased weasel shit when you hammer it...rather good fun what??

I am quietly pleased as punch, as, with more than a bit of divine assistance I stuck to my decision, despite pretty massive temptation yesterday. One nil to us! The budget is going pretty well too, with the savings ac finally starting to show progress, there's hope yet!
