Makes you think doesn't it?

Why do we seem to automatically buy into the rigid "types" proscribed to us by society? and how much of the lifestyles we end up living is decided for us by the opinions expressed and impressed on us by others?

A man is good at sports, is reasonably well built and has a deep voice, he is immediately typed into one stream and a man with an artistic temperament, or a higher than "normal" voice or limp wrists or........ is immediately "typed as something different.

I'm personally sick of it!

I've decided to march to the beat of my own drummer. I won't be classified into any group, not any more. I know that everyone else is more comfortable if they can assign you to a specific "group" but I no longer feel that I belong to any currently established group.

From now on I am a single man. That's it. nothing else, no extra information, no lurid peeps into or assumptions to be made about, my sex life, real or imagined, no clue as to what, if anything spins my wheels, or suggestions as to which side of the bed/bathroom/or desk I prefer.

That's off limits and no longer open for discussion, speculation or anything else.

Welcome to the life of the single man!
